Returns and Exchanges
RETURN
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. The customer may also exchange the product — to do so, please contact us by email at contact@avecriviera.com
To return or exchange an item, the product must be in its original condition — unused and undamaged — exactly as received by the customer.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued in accordance with the store’s terms and conditions.
Please print and fill out the return/exchange form (download) and include it in the package along with the receipt. Please also contact us by email.
COMPLAINTS
The customer has the right to file a complaint if the delivered product has manufacturing defects or does not match the item ordered.
In such a case, please return the defective product to the store’s address.
Please include proof of purchase along with the completed complaint form (download) in the returned package.
AVEC RIVIERA does not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.
Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date the store receives the returned product.
If the complaint is accepted, the defective item will be repaired or replaced with a new one. If this is not possible (for example, due to the product being out of stock), the store will refund the customer the product’s value or offer another available item to choose from.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.
