Thank you for choosing made-to-order products from AveRiviera. Each project is crafted with attention to detail to best reflect your style and expectations. Please read the following terms before placing your order.
1. Production Time
Custom products are made after the deposit has been received.
The standard production time is 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.
The exact completion date will be confirmed individually in correspondence with our team.

Due to the personalized nature of the order, custom products are non-returnable.
Complaints regarding manufacturing defects are handled individually, provided they are reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
4. Materials and Personalization
The client may choose from the available materials, colors, and embellishment options.
Not all variants may be available — any limitations will be communicated before production begins.
5. Design
Production begins only after the project has been thoroughly discussed and approved by the client.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided when placing the order.
For international shipments, the client is responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes in the destination country.
7. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including measurements, personalization details, and all other necessary specifications.
The manufacturer is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
